Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By signing into the Insurance Risk Platform you agree to these terms and to the companion Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access the portal.

2. Permitted use

Client accounts may submit and review their own assessment data, evidence, and advisor messages. Account-manager accounts may review, validate, and annotate the data of clients in their portfolio. You agree not to attempt to access data outside of your authorization scope or to reverse-engineer the scoring framework.

3. Advisory disclaimer

Risk scores, benchmarks, and recommendations are advisory in nature and do not constitute a binding insurance offer or a guarantee of underwriting outcomes. Final insurance terms are determined by the underwriting carrier.

4. Data accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Misrepresentation of operational facts may lead to invalidation of advisory output and, where applicable, of insurance qualification status.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. Upon termination your data is handled per the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
